What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, you can do so as long as the shipment has not occurred. Once this is done, you will have to wait to receive the product and proceed with the return.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You have time until the shipment has been sent, once it is sent, you will have to wait for the product to arrive or to be returned by the delivery system. 

How long does it take to receive a product?

Our delivery times for the peninsula are 24-48 hours.

Returns allowed?

Yes, you have 30 days to return the product.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged during transport?

If the product is damaged, please proceed with the return as soon as possible and we will exchange it for you in perfect condition.

In case of return, we are the ones who bear the shipping costs.
